In general, I've been happy with this store - product; prices; freshness; and variety are good. My biggest concern has always been staffing... mostly at checkout. Certainly not a game-breaker; more an inconvenience. Today however, I would be remiss not to mention a young lady working at the Florist department. I came in just before Noon with one of my brothers. We were going to see our dad and stepmom who are both in a Nursing facility - they're together, and are 93 & 92 years old respectively. We had gifts and cards for Dad (tomorrow is actually his birthday), but wanted to get some flowers for our stepmom. We didn't have much money; I know that mums are relatively inexpensive and last a long time for cut flowers. The young lady, who's name is Mercy, picked out a small bouquet of lavender colored mums (which is our stepmom's favorite color). The then trimmed the stems, cleaned up the blossoms and greens, and rewrapped them with a nice ribbon. They looked great, and our stepmom absolutely loved them. Mercy's customer service, pleasant nature, and attention to detail were top-notch. Thank you to her, and Price Chopper for the experience! 👍

I don't have the receipt so I can't take the survey. BUT, must commend Monica C in the deli. She is professional, customer service all the way. I hope her manager Gary recommends her for employee of the year. Thank you Monica, from that customer who hugged you.

I usually don't review chain stores. I had to go to Price Chopper on Glenwood Avenue because the Price Chopper in Endicott didn't have the ingredients to make the Chili Lime chicken pizza. I was impressed by how big the store was and how clean it was compared to the Endicott store. I want to thank Benjamin, who made the Chili Lime chicken pizza today. He did a great job, even asking me if I wanted everything that comes on the pizza on it. Even cooked it the way I like it, crispy crust. My thanks to Benjamin again.

Love browsing the store when I’m in the area. Larger than my local store so I can usually find flyer sale items stocked on the shelves. There is also a greater variety of Marketplace 54 products, the Price Chopper brand. Clean store, friendly/helpful staff and ample parking.
